Prior to joining Lineage in 2007, Erik was a Principal at Metapoint Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities. Previously, Erik worked at Corporate Decisions, Inc. and Mercer Management Consulting, working on strategic advisory cases as well as due diligence projects for private equity firms, and began his career with Continental Bank and Bank of America arranging financings for privately owned businesses. Erik earned an A.B. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jessica joined Lineage in 2020, having previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on interest rate derivative transactions in the financial services sector. Jessica earned a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.

Cam joined Lineage in 2022, having previously worked as a senior associate at Gemini Investors, where he focused on lower middle market investments across business services, manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, later stage technology, and healthcare services. Cam earned a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College.

Kyle joined Lineage in 2025, having previously worked as a Tax Consultant at Deloitte and an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where he focused on limited partnership accounting and regulatory compliance. Kyle earned a B.A. in Accounting and a J.D. from Michigan State University. He is also a CPA.

Hannah joined Lineage in 2026. She previously supported administrative operations at BPEA Private Equity. Hannah holds a B.S. in Health Management & Policy from the University of New Hampshire.

Prior to founding Lineage, Bill was a Principal at Heritage Partners, where he executed and managed investments in closely-held middle market businesses. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young. Bill was raised and worked in a family-owned business in which his father completed a successful leveraged buyout of his siblings. Bill earned a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is also a CPA.

Prior to founding Lineage, Brook was a Partner at Heritage Partners, where he invested and managed investments in closely-held middle market businesses. He was also one of the original four team members that left Equity Partners, the later stage equity unit of BancBoston Capital, to form Heritage Partners. Prior to Equity Partners, Brook invested in middle market buyouts at Integrated Acquisition, Inc. and at E.F. Hutton & Company. Brook earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Peter joined Lineage in 2026, having previously interned in Investment Banking at TM Capital. Peter earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Anthropology from Bates College.

Amelia joined Lineage Capital in 2026. Previously she was an intern at Siguler Guff & Company. Amelia earned a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College with a minor from the Carroll School of Management.

Luke joined Lineage in 2024, having previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Piper Sandler, where he focused on private capital raises across various industries. Luke earned a B.S.B in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Nick joined Lineage in 2015, having previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. and RBC Capital Markets where he focused on the financial services sector. Nick earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Bates College.

Prior to founding Lineage, Mark was a Partner at Heritage Partners, where he invested and managed investments in closely-held middle market businesses. Prior to Heritage, Mark was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Previously, he served as an independent consultant to Lucas Digital for a year developing its strategy to redefine its target market and streamline operations. Prior to that, Mark worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the Levolor Corporation as a member of the team that successfully turned around the business. Mark earned a B.A. from Washington and Lee University.

Prior to joining Lineage in 2005, Brian was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. His prior work experience includes BancBoston Capital, where he focused on middle market buyouts and early-stage investments in a variety of industry sectors, and Harris Williams & Co., an investment bank specializing in middle market mergers and acquisitions. Brian earned a B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Gretchen joined Lineage as Chief Financial Officer in 2004, having previously been the Manager of Fund Financial Reporting at Summit Partners. Prior to Summit, she worked in the Audit and Assurance group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Gretchen earned a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is also a CPA.

Dave joined Lineage in 2017, having previously worked as an investment banking associate at Canaccord Genuity, where he focused on the technology and industrial sectors. Dave earned a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies with a minor in Economics from Bowdoin College.
